SPECTRUM ANALYZER EXTENSION MODULES
OML can extend the frequency range of your existing spectrum analyzer to millimeter wave frequencies with our single diode unbalanced harmonic mixers. Harmonic mixers are available for the waveguide bands between 18 and 325 GHz. These frequency extension modules are compatible with most spectrum analyzers that offer optional external mixer access. By substituting the harmonic mixer for the existing microwave input, you can expand your spectrum analyzer frequency coverage for millimeter wave measurements
SIGNAL GENERATOR EXTENSION MODULES
The OML millimeter wave source module is connected to the RF output of the existing signal generator, extending the microwave output to a millimeter between 50 and 325 and a submillimeter wave frequency of gigahertz. The modern system configuration of the Keysight PSG is shown below, including the signal generator and source modules. Simply connect the input of the device to the waveguide interface of the source module and use the existing microwave instrument for millimeter wave measurements
VNA EXTENSION MODULES
OML offers three VNA frequency expansion module configurations that extend existing Keysight or Anritsu vector network analyzers to millimeter frequencies: T / R, T and S. Depending on your S-parameter requirements, please refer to the block diagram below to configure us. Module with your existing VNA test port. With a flexible ordering configuration, we can meet your preferences for economic and high performance needs
